Wow! Delicious coffee without bitterness.

I bought this as a vacation splurge and am very glad I tried it. I usually like a dark roast so this is truly a departure from my norm. After the farm tour, hearing about how this coffee is uniquely fermented with the skin off and fruit on, I wanted to try it. It’s delicious! If you normally do dark roast I think this is a great transition to lighter roasts because it is not bitter. It has a lot of flavor, unique to lighter roasts without all the negatives that I usually dislike about those.
