The best coffee of the best but...

Two espresso cups came completely broken..
and I asked medium roasting coffee, but I got dark roasting coffee. My family and I don't drink dark loasting coffee. What's more depressing is that I didn't even get Ohana coffee
I'm so sad.

You have not contacted us,
One package had your order of Ohana, it was signed for when it was delivered.
You ordered two Espresso Cups and Coffee Specials. We sent them to you. We don't sell Oli medium roast. We sent you the Oli dark roast that is on our coffee menu.
You claim two of the cups were broken in transit, you didn't say what happened to the other two cups.
We have refunded your entire order for the two Espresso Cups and Coffee Specials.
If you had contacted us we could have reolved this more quickly.
