Hula Daddy Mug

I purchased a Hula Daddy coffee mug online on 11/2/24. I received it on 11/9/24. It looked fine when I received it. I used it once with coffee out of the coffee maker without a problem. The next time I used it in the microwave to warm some water( not to boiling) to make tea. When it came out of the microwave about 80% of the decorative label had cracked into many pieces and fell off! I called the company and told them about the problem. They directed me to write an email to a specific email address and to include a picture of the defective mug. I did that 1 week ago today with no response. I sent the email again yesterday…still no response! Poor product and even worse customer service!!

My every day mug!

This is my second mug. I have been using my first for several years, and it was my favorite. I broke the handle when I dropped it on my slate floor, so now it has become a planter and I welcomed my new mug to my routine. The look, feel and weight are just perfect for me. I am glad you still have them as I would be lost without it.
