Bourbon Pointu Laurina is a rare coffee originally found on a French island in the Indian Ocean. At one time, it was exclusively reserved for the King of France. (Before he lost his head). This coffee has a floral aroma. The flavors are light, almost tea-like, with a subtle taste of fruit, nuts, and dark chocolate. The mouthfeel is syrupy. Pointu Laurina has about 60% of the caffeine of a regular Arabica coffee. This coffee is grown on our upper farm at 2500 feet ASL.

Different Bean Sizes Roasting challenge

There were various size beans in the roast received, which presented a variety of roast levels, not what i expected. Really enjoy your roasts but will skip this one in the future.
