I was not disappointed! It became one of my favorite coffee beans. I even dragged out the last portions because I didn’t want it to end, haha.

What a difference.

I don’t have the most discerning palate in the word, so I am not picking up the oranges, but this coffee is as smooth as it gets. I am using a Baratza Encore ESP set to 15 with a Breville Oracle Touch Espresso machine to pull wonderful shots.
